I offer a variety of services for individuals and families to meet your needs. I work on phones, tablets, computers, printers, scanners, and networks. I am available by appointment. I work with every client to provide custom services at no additional cost. Technician services start at $40/hour (we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards). We make house calls anywhere within 50 miles of Austin. Contact me to tell me about your needs.

• I set up new devices, including game systems.
• Antivirus treatment can rid you of viruses and malware, and I’ll recommend a new antivirus regimen.
• Match-a-phone:  I’ll make your new phone match your old phone.
• I’ll configure most printers so that you can print from any computer in the house.
• I work with your router and Internet service provider tech support to resolve network issues, such as your Internet going down, computers kicking each other off the Internet, and more.
• Print from your smartphone, to most printers.
• Advice about purchasing new technology.
• I’ll back up your data, and help you get started backing up regularly.
• I refer some hardware work to another technician, and I’ll coordinate that service for a flat fee.
